GRAYSONS ONE ON ONE CARE LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate HHA/CNA to join our care team in Detroit, MI. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and record vital signs, health changes, and patient progress
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and family members regarding client care
Requirements:
- Valid HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification in Michigan
- Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor toward clients and families
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
